Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Meat Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be clean, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and have basic knowledge of meat. This role focuses on producing ground meat and packed meat products in a fast-paced but cooperative team setting. Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to:
- Will train on additional meat packing and processing knowledge
- Ensure proper labeling, packing, and handling of meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Work effectively with team members to complete daily production
- Follow all HACCP and state inspection guidelines
- Assisting with large or rush orders as needed
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable and punctual — consistent attendance is essential
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a drama-free, focused team
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
